TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF 40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION

TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTIONORDER 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 17/02/2025 and have a maximum duration of 12 weeks. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 90 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow CM Utilities on behalf of Indigo Pipelines to undertake installation works & various highway maintenance works. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations.

TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION

Kirby Rd, Kirby Muxloe & Glenfield from 100m North of R/bout by motorway bridge to R/bout with Optimus Wy.
